Streamline Updating of Historical Records Using Redwood Workforce Structures Pages

When using the Redwood workforce structures pages, you can now update workforce structures records that have an effective start date in the range 01-01-0001 to 31-12-0099.

For example, you can now perform these actions:

  • Correct the first date-effective record that has a value in the range 01-01-0001 to 31-12-0099.

  • Correct the second date-effective record where the first date-effective record has a value in the range 01-01-0001 to 31-12-0099.

  • Add a second date-effective record where the first date-effective record has a value in the range 01-01-0001 to 31-12-0099.

  • Add a third date-effective record between the existing first and second date-effective records, where the first date-effective record has a value in the range 01-01-0001 to 31-12-0099.

  • Delete the second date-effective record where the first date-effective record has a value in the range 01-01-0001 to 31-12-0099.

You can now update workforce structures records that have an effective start date in the range 01-01-0001 to 31-12-0099.

Steps to Enable

You don't need to do anything to enable this feature.

Tips And Considerations

  • The default format for the effective date is MM Day,YYYY.

  • Effective date will be displayed in the default format and won't be based on the user-preferred date format.

  • It's recommended to use the date picker to select the effective date and not type the effective date directly in the field.
