You can now configure business rules in Redwood Positions pages by making use of these position incumbents business objects:

Incumbents Object Available for Business Rule Configuration in Positions
You can now build business rules in positions using these business objects. Here are some examples:
Use Case 1: In the Request a Position Change process, if the position status is set to Inactive and at least one incumbent is present in the position, then an error message will be displayed.

Use Case 2: In the Request a Position Change process, if the position has any incumbent, the position updates shouldn't be allowed.

You can now build business rules using the position incumbents objects.
