Incumbents Section Added to Request a Position Change Process in Redwood
The Incumbents section has now been added to the Request a Position Change guided process in Redwood. This read-only section helps managers identify the assignments that may be impacted when some changes are made for the position.

You need to enable the Incumbents section by setting it to Visible in VB Studio Business Rules.

Set the Incumbents section to Visible in VB Studio Business Rules
This feature enables managers to see the incumbents that are assigned for a position, when any changes are made to the position.
