Hide Duplicate Button on Redwood Document Type Page

You can now control the display of the Duplicate button on the Redwood Document Type page by configuring the value for the respective page property.

By default, this page property is enabled.

Configure the Show Duplicate Button page property to hide the Duplicate button on the Redwood Document Type page, Business Rules pane.

Values for Show Duplicate Button Property

To hide the Duplicate button on the Redwood Document Type page, select No.

Hidden Duplicate Button on Document Type Page

You can use this feature if your organization has a policy of not allowing end users to duplicate document types.

Steps to Enable

You don't need to do anything to enable this feature.

Tips And Considerations

• This feature is available only on the Redwood Document Type page.

• If you hide the Duplicate button, it's hidden for all document types on the Redwood Document Types page. 

• If you want to selectively hide the button based on roles, refer to the example at Control Display Based on User Roles
