Expired Badge for Document Records Replaced with Past-Dated Badge

On the Redwood Document Records list page, any records previously having the badge as Expired will now display the label Past-dated. This new terminology provides a more intuitive and user-friendly way to refer to document records that are no longer current.

The Excluded Past-dated filter is set to Yes by default and excludes document records which have the To Date lesser than the Current Date.
