Redwood Enabled by Default for Journey Setup Pages

Starting with Update 25C, Redwood journey setup pages will be enabled by default, and the Checklist Templates setup pages will no longer be available.

These are a few advantages of this enhancement:

  • Modern and Intuitive Experience: Redwood pages offer a streamlined, user-friendly interface. The Journeys Setup app consolidates the different journey setup pages, and they can be enabled or disabled based on security.

  • Improved Efficiency and Performance: Built with the Redwood toolset, the new pages reduce the number of clicks and enhance overall performance.

  • Consistent Application Flow: Benefit from a cohesive user experience across the application.

  • End of Support: Checklist Templates and related setup pages will no longer be supported.

  • Automatic Enablement: The site-level profile options, ORA_PER_JOURNEYS_SETUP_REDWOOD_ENABLED and ORA_PER_JOURNEYS_MISC_SETUP_REDWOOD_ENABLED will be set to Y by default.
