Using Lists of Values (LoVs) for assignment attributes ensures a consistent experience across employment processes.
Steps to Enable
You don't need to do anything to enable this feature.
Tips And Considerations
-
You must select either Yes or No for LoVs that don’t support a null value.
-
For LoVs that allow null values, you can clear the selected option. The application will allow you to save the field with no value.
-
If any business rules are configured using the above-mentioned fields, please review and update those rules to replace "true/false" values with "Yes/No" values as required. The same is applicable for: Synchronize from Position, Primary Assignment, and Primary Assignment and Work Relationship indicators.
