The test can be executed in two modes:
• Validate: Previews the changes without deleting data. Also allows generating HCM Data Loader (HDL) adjustment files for reloading data later.

• Commit: Permanently deletes the seniority transaction data for the selected rule(s), enabling configuration changes.

NOTE: This process deletes data for one seniority rule at a time.
