Improved Capability to Schedule Recurring Nudge Plans

You can now schedule recurring nudge plans by including the Repeat Frequency of the nudge plan. For example, nudge employees on Mondays every 2 weeks when a journey assigned to them has overdue tasks.

Bi-weekly Recurring Schedule for a Nudge Plan

Users can enhance the recurrence pattern by including the interval between occurrences or the recurrence frequency in a period.

Access Requirements
