Agent Workflows Supported for External Guided Journeys
We have enhanced external enabled guided journeys by now including the Agent task type for configuring tasks in addition to External URL, Manual Task, and Video. However, the agent task type will only support the Workflow Agent and not the RAG Agent for an external Guided Journey.

Agent Task Type with Only Workflow Agent Type
Users can leverage Artificial Agent (AI) capabilities for external enabled guided journeys to interact with the application and use multi-agent workflows.
Steps to Enable
You need to enable the ORA_PER_AGENT_TASK_TYPE_GUIDED_JOURNEYS_ENABLED profile option for the Agent task type in guided journeys. By default, this profile option is set to N.

Access Requirements
Access Intelligent Agent Chat, HRC_ACCESS_AI_AGENT_CHAT_PRIV privilege secures this feature. You must add this function privilege to your custom roles to use this feature.
