Let instructors and learners more easily join a virtual meeting.

• Learners can now get join links for calendar events and virtual meetings in near real time after self-enrolling in instructor-led offerings. Last-minute enrollees can attend the virtual learning event because they'll get the join URL immediately.

Learning assignments created by learning administrators and managers are still processed by the scheduled Sync Instructor-Led Training for Learning process. And we suggest that you schedule this process to run once daily.

• Instructors now get the meeting join link in their booking event alert ensuring they have easy access to the session.

Here’s when join links are automatically sent--in near real time:

• An activity is created
• An activity’s date, time, location, instructor, or a combination of these values changed
• A learner self-enrolls

This feature ensures that learners and instructors can more easily join a virtual instructor-led learning.
