Hide Enrollments from Managers
You can now hide self-paced learning on sensitive topics, such as mental health, from a learner's line manager. This ensures their privacy, letting HR provide resources without revealing enrollment details to managers. On the Rules tab, in the Enrollment > Self section, use the new Hide enrollment from line managers option. When enabled, managers won't see any assignments for these self-paced learning on their My Team > Learning page. Hidden details include scoreboard counts, downloadable data, and assignment listings.
Self-Paced Learning Item with Hide Enrollment from Line Managers Set to No
In addition, when a learner views or enrolls in a self-paced learning with Hide enrollment from line managers enabled, a banner message appears on the Catalog Details and Enrollment Details pages letting them know that enrollment in this learning isn't visible to their line manager.
This enhancement adds privacy controls, letting HR provide resources on sensitive topics without revealing details to managers.
Steps to Enable
