Reporting Name for Program Grouping

To enhance reporting capabilities, a new Reporting Name field is included in the recognition and award program setup page. Administrators can use this field to group related programs under a common reporting name, making it easier to track trends and analyze program performance over time.

For example, your company may have annual award programs such as:

• Best Employee 2023
• Best Employee 2024
• Best Employee 2025

All these award programs can be grouped under the reporting name Best Employee.

This feature enables consolidated reporting across different program iterations, simplifying data analysis and providing insights into long-term recognition trends.

• Workforce Recognition Administrator
