Simplified Flow to Generate Digital Form 16

You can now easily generate the digitally signed form 16 using the flow Run India Simplified Digitally Signed Form 16. This flow includes the following tasks:

  • Run Form12BB 
  • Run Form 12BA 
  • Run India Form 16 Part A and Part B Upload
  • Manual Form 16 Part A and Part B preparation (Perform this task manually and set to Complete)
  • Run India Form 16 Report which generates a consolidated document that includes Form 12BB, Form 12BA, Form A and Form B

Form 12BB and Form 12BA are generated in the document of records (DOR).

Perform key end of year tasks as a single process - saving time, reducing the manual effort, and ensuring compliance.

Steps to Enable

To run this flow:

  1. Navigate to My Client Groups > Payroll > Submit a Payroll Flow and select the flow Run India Simplified Digitally Signed Form 16.

  1. Enter the Payroll Flow name and select the Schedule.
  2. Select the Tax Reporting Unit which is required to generate the Form 16 report. 
  3. Select the Financial Year.
  4. Upload the digital signature file and provide the passcode.
  5. Submit the details to generate the Form 16 document for your employees.
