Redwood Experience: Send Message to Team Action
Send job requisition and job application related messages to members of the hiring team using the Send Message to Team action, that has been recreated in the Redwood toolset called Visual Builder Studio (VBS).
When Redwood profile options are enabled, you’ll see the Send Message to Team action in requisitions and job applications.
Send Message to Team Action
After you click the action, the Send message to team panel opens where you can define the message content. You can use a template to create the message or create it from scratch. By default, the Recipients list displays the hiring team members, but you can type in the list to find other recipients. Enter the subject and text of the message. Rich text features are available to format the message. You can also use tokens. When you’re done, you can preview the message to ensure the content is correct and tokens are being resolved as expected.
Once the message is sent, it's available on the Messages tab of the job requisition, and on the Activity tab of the job application.

With this feature, users can notify hiring team members of updates and actions they may need to perform on job requisitions and job applications using the Send Message to Team action.
Steps to Enable
You need to enable these profile options to display the Send Message to Team action on the requisitions list, requisition details page, job applications list, and job application details page.
