Redwood Experience: Security Needed to Display Some Offer Salary Fields
Some analytical salary fields aren't displayed by default in the Salary section of the job offer. You can enable these fields using business rules. While doing so, make sure your custom job roles have this new aggregate privilege:
- View Job Offer Salary Analytical Attributes (ORA_IRC_VIEW_JOB_OFFER_ANALYTICAL_ATTRIBUTES)
This new aggregate privilege is granted by default to the Recruiter role. Users with the Recruiter role can retrieve these fields:
- Salary range minimum
- Salary range midpoint
- Salary range maximum
- Range position
- Compa-ratio
- Quartile
- Quintile
With this feature, secured analytical fields can be included in the job offer Salary section.
Steps to Enable

Access Requirements
To display the fields in the offer page, you'll need to update your custom roles. The data security for these elements are aligned with the data security to view job offer salary for the Recruiter role and Manage Job Offer by Recruiting Manager for the Recruiting Manager role.
Data security for the View Job Offer Salary Analytical Attributes aggregate privilege is based on those conditions:
- Job offers for which I'm part of the Job Offer team
- Job offers seen by my subordinates
While the Recruiting Manager gets this extra condition:
- Persons and assignments in their person and assignment security profile
