Enhancements to the Recruit to Hire Dashboard
The following enhancements were done to the Recruit to Hire Dashboard.
Overview Page
On the Overview page, the count was adjusted for the following info. The count is now based on the event date so that it’s closer to the moment the hiring was done (instead of the application creation date).
- # Total Hires
- % Hire with High Compa-Ratio
When you use a time filter (year, quarter, month), the same count is provided on the dashboard and on the listing.
The Head Count metric used in the Time to Hire by Headcount Distribution report, has been adjusted to exclude inactive assignments.
The # Active Applications count is still based on the application creation date to remain aligned with the info on the Applications tab.
Hires Page
On the Hires page, the count of the following info was adjusted in a similar way.
- Hires
- Internal Hires
- Internal Hire Rate
- HR Processing: The HR Processing count is based on the date when the event moved to HR Processing, rather then based on the current status of HR Processing.
With these enhancements, when you filter the Overview or Hires page using a specific time period, the count on the dashboard is aligned with the count on the listing.
