Citizenship Added to the Recruiting Subject Areas

The candidate citizenship information has been added to the Recruiting subject areas. These new fields are available under Recruiting - Recruiting Real Time and Recruiting - Recruiting Events Real Time.

Candidate > Candidate - Citizenship

• Citizenship Start Date
• Citizenship End Date

With this enhancement, you can create more complete candidate reports.

You don't need to do anything to enable this feature.

Tips And Considerations

While users have access out of the box to the citizenship information of all external candidates, the access to internal candidate citizenship information is conditional to the person security profile.

Users with the Recruiting Transaction Analysis Duty role have access to the citizenship information of all external candidates and access to the citizenship information of internal candidates based on their security profile.
