Redwood Experience: Quick Move in Attachment Preview

Move or reject job applications quickly through the candidate selection process states while viewing job application attachments.

When you view the attachments of a job application, you can use the Move Forward and Reject actions without having to select the destination phase and state. The job application is moved to the destination phase and state configured by your admin. When you hover over the Move Forward or Reject button, the phase and state where the job application will be moved is displayed.

The Move Forward and Reject actions are available for both the resume preview (from the job applications list) and the attachment preview (from the job application details page).

When accessing the resume preview from the job application list (not from the job application details), you can navigate to the next or previous job application using the arrows at the top of the drawer. When rejecting the job application from the resume preview drawer, the action is labeled Reject and View Next if there are still job applications to view after the current one. When you click this action, the current job application is rejected and the resume preview shows the resume of the next job application. If there's no job application after the current one, the action is labeled Reject and remains on the current job application when used. The Move Forward action remains on the current job application as well (you need to use the arrow at the top of the drawer to move to the next job application). Within the attachment preview from the job application details, the action is always labeled Reject as there's no other job application to show afterwards.

This new feature will guide users in finding where they're expected to move job applications next. This will also allow to move job applications quickly to these phases and states.

Steps to Enable

For the Move Forward and Reject actions to be available, you need to configure a quick move to be used on job applications for each candidate selection process. For details, see Define Quick Move on the Candidate Selection Process States

The Redwood job application pages must be enabled. For details, see the 25B What's New feature Redwood Experience: Job Application Profile Option.
