With this enhancement, you can find candidates based on their responses to prescreening questions and easily identify those that align with the requirements for the requisition and find those that aren't a fit.

Tips And Considerations

• When multiple responses to the same question are selected, an Or operator is used between responses.
• When responses to different questions are selected, an And operator is used between questions.
