Notification to HR When Feedback is Provided for a Request by HR

Enables notifications to be sent to HR when general feedback or goal-related feedback is provided in response to an HR request. The notification includes a link to the submitted feedback.

Avoids the need for an HR to go to worker’s Goals or Feedback page and manually check the feedback each time feedback is provided.
