Redwood: Edit Submitted Manager Evaluation Available to Substitute Performance Document Evaluators

Substitute performance document evaluators evaluating an employee’s performance document can now edit the document using the Edit Submitted Manager Evaluation action on the employees’ Performance Spotlight page.

Edit Submitted Manager Evaluation

The action is visible only if the manager evaluation task is submitted but not yet shared with the employee.

This features makes it easy for HR to edit the managers submitted evaluation before it has been shared with the employee, without having to move the current task back to the manager evaluation.

Steps to Enable

You need to configure the profile options in the following table.

Access Requirements

Substitute performance document evaluators need to have the Evaluate Performance Document as Manager (ORA_HRA_EVALUATE_PERFORMANCE_DOCUMENT_AS_MANAGER) privilege.
