Combined Development and Performance Goals Administrator Tasks

From this release, if your administrator has enabled combined goal administration pages, you can view the performance and development goals administrative tasks that you access from My Client Groups > Goals on a single page. Use these tasks to view the combined pages:

  • Performance and Development Goals: To view and manage performance goals and development goals of persons you can access.
  • Goals Library: To view and manage performance and development library goals.
  • Setup of Goals Mass Processes: To manage mass assignment process for performance and development goals and mass sharing process for performance goals.
  • Scheduled Processes for Goals: To manage scheduled processes of performance goals and development goals.

Note: These tasks are separate for performance and development goals by default.

By default the goal type is set to Performance on the combined goal pages. Change it to Development to view development goal related information.

Steps to Enable

To enable Redwood Goals Center, you need to enable the profile options indicated in the table.

NOTE: The Performance Document, Check-in, and Goals Center features are closely connected. So, the Redwood version of these pages can all be enabled or disabled only using the common ORA_HRA_PERFORMANCE_DOCUMENTS_AND_GOALS_REDWOOD_ENABLED profile option. These features can't be enabled individually.

To enable the combined administrative pages for goals, you need to enable the profile option indicated in this table.
