IMPORTANT Actions and Considerations for Time & Labor
As of release 25C, these Time and Labor profile options for the Redwood experience will be enabled by default:

| ORA_HWM_ELASTIC_SEARCH_ENABLED | Enable the use of Oracle Search on time card pages. |
| ORA_HWM_MANAGER_VBCS_TC_SEARCH_ENABLED | Enable line managers to use the Visual Builder Cloud Service time card search page. |
| ORA_HWM_TIME_AND_LABOR_MANAGER_VBCS_TC_SEARCH_ENABLED | Enable time and labor managers to use the Visual Builder Cloud Service time card search page. |
| ORA_HXT_TM_DSP | Enable the time data security policy for pages in the Time Management work area. |
| ORA_HWM_REQUEST_TIME_CHANGES_REDWOOD_PAGE_ENABLED | Enable the Redwood request time changes page. |
| ORA_HXT_TEAM_CHANGE_REQUESTS_REDWOOD_PAGE_ENABLED | Enable the Redwood team change requests page. |

Notes:
- If you didn’t enable enhanced time card search (the ORA_HWM_ELASTIC_SEARCH_ENABLED profile option) before release 25C, you need to complete all the steps to enable documented in the release 23B What's New feature Enhanced Time Card Search.
- To enable the Add Current Time Card and Add Other Time Card flows to the line manager and time and labor manager roles, you need to complete all the steps to enable documented in the release 23B What's New feature Workers List of Values Enhanced by Oracle Search.
- Make sure that your time and labor manager roles have these function and data roles so they can access the time cards for only the workers they support:

- Use REST Service - Time Card Entry Details Read Only
- Use REST Service - Time Card Searches
- Use REST Service - Time Card Field Values Read Only
- Manage Time Cards (Data)
- Search Time Cards (Data)
