Redwood Experience for Workforce Compensation Landing Page

Enrich the manager experience with the new Workforce Compensation Landing Page developed using the Redwood tool set when you enable it along with the Redwood experience. The Landing Page is divided into different sections and will display based on your plan configuration.

Each budget sheet will be accessible from their own button on the landing page Budget tab

Any task type of Compensation or Detail table only will appear on the Award tab.

The More Actions overflow will contain options based on the number of buttons on the Landing Page tab. Most will always appear in this list.

If enabled, managers will have the ability to switch between teams.  The list will show Direct Reports first, then Recently Visited and then finally Alternate Approvers if configured.

Steps to Enable

You need to enable all of these profile options to enable the Redwood page.

To revert to the non-Redwood page, set the site-level profile value to No for this profile option.

To configure a profile option, complete these steps in the Setup and Maintenance work area:

  1. Search for and click the Manage Administrator Profile Values task.

  2. Search for and select the profile option.

  3. Set the Level to Site.

  4. In the Profile Value field, select a value.
