Steps to Enable

You need to set the site-level value to Yes for the ORA_CMP_RSAL_DRVD_FACTOR profile option. Go Setup and Maintenance > Tasks panel Search > Manage Administrator Profile Values.

Tips And Considerations

  • This enhancement shows the derived rate factor as a percentage in the salary section of Redwood pages.
  • The factor defined at the derived rate return details level, not the contributor level is what appears as a percentage, even when there is only 1 contributor available.
  • The percentage value is available only when salary with rate-based components are (1) created on Redwood pages, using HCM Data Loader, or using REST services and (2) after the feature is enabled. It isn't available for rate-based components created before the feature is enabled, even if the components were created on Redwood pages.
