One of your ideas has been delivered from your suggestion.Redwood Experience for Available Plans

You can now let managers use the new Available Plans page created with the Redwood toolkit, when you enable the Redwood experience. Previously, managers used a link on the landing page to view any additional plans available to them. On the new page, managers can see the list of plans sorted by type: Primary, Secondary and finally, Review.  Managers can also see the status of the plan, the last approval action and due date.  Managers can also switch teams.

In the switch team feature, managers can search by name, email or person number. The list of managers defaults to those that are direct reports and recently visited.

When a manager chooses to revert back to themselves, they can choose the "Return to Myself" button.

This feature allows managers to view all plans available to them in one place, reducing confusion.

Managers will only see the Available Plans page when they have more than one plan available to them.  Managers with a single open plan will be taken directly to the Landing Page.
