Associate Skills with Learning Items as Outcomes Using HCM Data Loader

You can now associate dynamic skills with learning, such as self-paced learning, courses, and specializations in bulk using HCM Data Loader and the EnhancedTalentProfile.dat object. The skills associated with learning can be related skills or skill outcomes and prerequisites. All the supported attributes of skill content, including skill level and related indicator can be added when creating the skill association with a learning.
