Access Redwood Additional Person Info for Contacts

As an HR professional, you can now access the Redwood Additional Person Info page from the My contacts section of the Redwood Family and Emergency Contacts page. We have added this feature for your convenience because some of you had created person extensible flexfield records for your contacts while using the classic Person Management page.  

Redwood Additional Person Info for Contacts

This feature enables HR professionals to open the Redwood Additional Person Info page for a contact from within the Redwood Family and Emergency Contacts page.

Steps to Enable

You don't need to do anything to enable this feature.

Tips And Considerations

• This action isn't available to employees or contingent workers for their own contacts. 
• Approvals are being bypassed for the additional person info for contacts, just as there were no approvals within the classic Person Management page.

Access Requirements

You can access the page if you have the HR Professional role.
