Redwood Employment BIP Notifications Support for Document Records

We have enhanced the Redwood Employment flow notifications by adopting the Document Records sub-template in BIP (BI Publisher) notification templates.

Document Records in pre-approval notification

This change applies to all Redwood Employment flows where document records are part of the notification content.

If a user submits an employment transaction with a document record that includes an attachment, the view attachment link will be visible in the pre-approval notification. However, once the transaction is approved, that link will not be shown in the post-approval notification.

If you haven't made any modification to the previous template, when Redwood templates are delivered, at run-time the new version of the template will be used automatically. In case you've modified the previous version of the template, then until you copy and reapply the Redwood template, you will continue to see the previous version. To see which notifications are being delivered by release, refer to the respective product release announcements.

This feature brings a more seamless, visually consistent experience, fully aligned with Redwood’s modern design framework.

Steps to Enable

You don't need to do anything to enable this feature.
