Now you can assign work pattern templates using more attributes, such as age, working hours, derived working hours, and assignment source. The assignment source attribute ensures that manual adjustments to work patterns are preserved. 

Flexible work patterns were also extended to cover multiple weeks, not just single weeks giving you the same flexibility as fixed patterns.
