Delete Button Replaced With Reset Action for Document Delivery Preferences

We’ve updated the user interface to better reflect the behavior of the Document Delivery Preferences quick action. The Delete button has been replaced with the Reset action.

Previously, clicking the Delete button did not permanently remove the delivery preferences record. Instead, it reset the values to the defaults configured at the Document Type Delivery Preference hierarchy.

To make this behavior clear and avoid confusion, the Delete button has now been replaced with the Reset action within the document delivery preference record. When user clicks Reset, the current delivery preference for the document is cleared and restored to the default values based on the predefined hierarchy.
