Improved ILT Activity Information for Learners

The learner enrollment page now shows improved, context-sensitive messaging that helps learners better understand their upcoming instructor-led activities. The messaging takes into account variables, such as type of activity, status of calendar event, and the status of meeting URL generation for virtual activities.

Banner messages at the activity level notifies learners about pending calendar event invitations and conference URL generation. They also inform learners of the time when they can join online meetings from their enrollment pages.

Learners also get context-sensitive warning messages about downloading invites when calendar integration is enabled or when the conference URL is still being generated.

These improvements lead to more clarity and higher learner satisfaction, and reduced queries for the learning department.
