Configurable Audience and Categorization for External Content
You can now define default visibility rules for each external content provider, including which audiences can access their content and how it’s organized in topics and communities. It ensures that the content reaches the only right audience, appears in only the right places, and aligns with your learning strategy.
This enhancement gives you more control over how third-party learning content is delivered. It helps prevent unauthorized use and lets you optimize licensing costs.
Steps to Enable
You need to edit external content provider configurations. Go to My Client Groups > Learning and Development > Configure External Provider and configure the new audience and catalog settings for configured providers whose content is imported as self-paced learning.
