Enhance Audience Selection with Profile Option

You can enhance the audience selection logic by enabling the ORA_HCO_INCL_ALL_WORKERS profile option. After it's enabled, it removes all automatic filters in an eligibility profile you create for a predefined audience in Oracle Communicate. This means that as well as the criteria you specify, the eligibility profile will also consider workers with these assignments:

• Suspended
• Pending
• Multiple

Provide greater flexibility and coverage for the audience population, and enable broader communication and campaign targeting.

Steps to Enable

You need to enable the ORA_HCO_INCL_ALL_WORKERS profile option.

Tips And Considerations

Only eligibility profiles you create after you've enabled this profile option will have the enhanced audience selection logic included. Any existing eligibility profiles won't inherit the enhanced behavior of the profile option.
