New HTML Editor for Oracle Communicate

Campaign managers can use a HTML template to create a communication campaign. The campaign administrator creates a template using the new HTML editor by choosing one of these options:

• Import a HTML or EML file. This option lets you develop a template in an external application and then import it into Oracle Communicate.
• Use an existing template. This option lets you use any template you've created with the basic, advanced, or HTML editors.
• Use a blank template.

After the campaign administrator activates the HTML template, it's available for the campaign manager to use and update for their communication campaign.

This feature gives you more flexibility for creating templates within Oracle Communicate or using external applications. You also have more editing options to configure emails based on your business requirements.
