HDL Support for Award Creation and Management

You can now use HCM Data Loader (HDL) to create and manage Oracle Celebrate awards, extending bulk data load capabilities beyond recognitions. The new Celebration business object lets you load bulk award data.

The enhancement covers both spot awards and service anniversary awards and enables administrators to load award transactions in bulk for streamlined program administration. HDL now accepts award details including points or cash amounts. This ensures consistent processing across different award types and budget configurations.
 

This improvement supports large-scale award migrations, backdated award entry, and integration with external award nomination or payroll systems. It also ensures full alignment with program eligibility, core values, and visibility rules of Celebrate.
