Business Rules Support for Payroll Relationship Page
You can now configure defaulting and validation business rules for the Payroll Association and Payroll Assignment Details regions on the Payroll Relationship page.
Here are some examples of rules that can be implemented:
- Default payroll based on work location
- Default payroll based on legal employer
- Validation that the correct payroll is selected based on the employee's business unit
You can also hide the Payroll Relationship Attributes and Payroll Assignment Attributes flexfields on the Payroll Relationship page.
Note: This feature is already available when managing payroll details for an employee on flows such as new hire.
This feature lets you configure the Payroll Relationship page.
Steps to Enable
You don't need to do anything to enable this feature.
Tips And Considerations
You can create or continue to use your existing autocomplete rule to default the Final Close date during termination, and it will continue to work with the Redwood page.
