Recruiting Activity Center Action Visibility

Actions in the Recruiting Activity Center are now only displayed to users who have the privilege required to perform the action. Previously users could see all possible actions and would get an error message when attempting to perform an action they didn't have access to.

Note that the default action is no longer displayed in a separate column on the page. It's now included in the Actions menu and it's displayed as the first action on the list. In this screenshot, the Redraft action is the default action for the Approval rejected activity.

With this enhancement, security is enforced to all actions displayed on the Recruiting Activity Center page.
