Add WhatsApp as Communication Channel in HCM Data Loader

You can update the candidate's communication channel to WhatsApp using HCM Data Loader. A new attribute called phoneChannelType is available. Values are:

• ORA_SMS
• ORA_WHATSAPP 

With this new attribute, you can:

• Create a candidate with WhatsApp as a preferred and verified communication channel.
• Create a candidate with WhatsApp and Email as preferred and verified communication channel. 

A candidate can only have the following preferred combination of communication channels:

• SMS
• Email
• WhatsApp
• Email and WhatsApp
• Email and SMS

With this enhancement, you can create candidates with WhatsApp as preferred communication channel or update their preferred communication channel as WhatsApp in bulk.
