Additional Measurement Fields
If your administrator has made these additional measurement fields visible, you can use them to define goal measurements:
- Achieved Weight
- Maximum Target
- Minimum Target
- Target Percentage

- Achieved Weight
- Actual Value
Enable accurate assessment of how employees perform on their goals by using these additional measurement fields.
Steps to Enable
To enable Redwood Goals Center, you need to enable the profile options indicated in the table.

NOTE: The Performance Document, Check-in, and Goals Center features are closely connected. So, the Redwood version of these pages can all be enabled or disabled only using the common ORA_HRA_PERFORMANCE_DOCUMENTS_AND_GOALS_REDWOOD_ENABLED profile option. These features can't be enabled individually.

To show these additional goal measurement fields, you need to configure rules for the goal details page in Visual Builder Studio. Expand the performanceGoalsV2PerfGoalMeasurements region of Goal Details and set these attributes to Visible:
- Achieved Weight
- Maximum Target
- Minimum Target
- Target Percentage
Expand the Performance Goal Tasks region and set these attributes to Visible:
- Achieved Weight
- Actual Value
