Gen AI Enhancements For Performance Documents
You can now leverage additional Gen AI functionality in Redwood performance documents with these enhancements:
- Worker and participants can now use Gen AI to generate their evaluation comments.
- Managers now include additional data sources for their Gen AI comment generation:
- Initial evaluation comment
- Selected ratings
- Requested feedback
- Check-in comments
- Managers can now generate AI comments at the Section Summary level for Competencies, Performance and Development Goals.
- Some data sources are now summarized first using child prompts, before being passed to parent prompts to generate evaluation comments, this supports larger volumes of data and better identifies themes.
This feature enables you to take advantage of Artificial Intelligence (AI) assistance enhancements to streamline manager evaluations.
Steps to Enable
You need to configure the profile options for Redwood performance documents as indicated in the following table.
