Talent Review Dashboard - Talent Review Actions in Panels
While conducting a Talent Review meeting, you are no longer taken to a separate page when you use any of these actions on review population members:
- Move Within Matrix
- View Potential Assessment
- Add Task
- Add Note
- Add to Succession Plan
- Add to Talent Pool
- Add Development Goal
- Add Performance Goal
You can do the action in a panel within the dashboard page.

Remain in the context of the Talent Review meeting dashboard when performing actions on review population members and conduct your talent review meeting with ease.
Steps to Enable
To view the Redwood redesigned Talent Review meeting pages, you need to enable the profile options indicated in the table.
