Manager and HR Navigation Enhancements

From this release, managers can view their own goals and explore goals for themselves from their Team Goals Center. By default, managers can see the Employees tab that lists their team members when they navigate to their Team Goals Center. But they can navigate to these other tabs:

  • My Goals: On this tab, managers can see their own goals.
  • Explore: On this tab, managers can explore goals that are relevant to them.

Tips And Considerations

As administrators, if you don’t want managers to view the My Goals and Explore tabs on their Team Goals Center, you need to edit the page in Visual Builder Studio and set these properties to false:

  • Show My Goals Tab
  • Enable Exploration of Goals
