Validate Participant Field Values When Requesting Feedback For Performance Documents

HR administrators can now use Business Rules in Oracle Visual Builder Studio to configure validation conditions on the Manage Participant Feedback page for performance documents. These validations can be applied to both the participants the feedback is requested from and the employees feedback is being requested for, using attributes such as department, person number, and Extra Information Types (EITs).

Business benefit: This feature helps organizations enforce consistent feedback request policies and improve data accuracy by validating participant eligibility based on business-specific criteria. Configurable validation rules can address compliance, operational, and organizational requirements without additional custom development.
