Remove Unevaluated Model Profile Competencies From Performance Documents
HR users can now use the Update Model Profile Competency Sections process to not only add but also remove unevaluated (no ratings or comments added) competencies from performance documents that have been removed from the model profile.
This feature enables you to use the mass process to ensure the competencies in performance documents are synced with the model profiles they are populated from.

Tips And Considerations
- Competencies will only be removed if they haven’t been evaluated. If the ratings and comments are subsequently deleted, the competencies will be removed next time the process is run.
- Only in-progress performance documents with evaluation tasks (includes worker self-evaluation, manager evaluation and manage participants feedback) that haven’t been completed will be processed.
Access Requirements
Users need the Update Competency Sections in Performance Documents (HRA_UPDATE_COMPETENCY_SECTIONS_IN_PERFORMANCE_DOCUMENTS) privilege to run the update process.
