Partner with the AI-powered Scheduling Advisor agent to get comprehensive insights into your workforce schedules:

  • Review department-level shift coverage with interactive insights into shift assignments, staffing utilization, and potential scheduling violations.
  • Get summaries of workers' work schedule details, including FTE hours and actual work and on-call durations.
  • Review scheduling conflicts, including  workers with policy violations, missing shifts, and overlap errors.
  • Get suggestions about the right workers for open shifts—whether under-FTE, on-call, or covering absences—while ensuring compliance with rules and workload balance.

Steps to Enable

Your environment must have the appropriate services for Oracle Applications Platform deployed. For more information, see FAQ2521 on My Oracle Cloud Support.

  1. Set the Enable Security Console External Application Integration (ORA_ASE_SAS_INTEGRATION_ENABLED) profile option to Yes and enable permission groups for the appropriate roles. See Access Requirements for AI Agent Studio.
  2. Deploy the AI agent team using the delivered template.
    • Template name: Scheduling Advisor
    • AI agent team code: ORA_SCHEDULING_ADVISOR
  3. Create a guided journey with the AI agent as a task.
  4. Add the AI agent to Redwood pages using the guided journey from step 2.
