Absence Entry after Shifts are Reassigned

When creating a worker's work schedule, WFM Scheduling references their work patterns to know what days and times the worker is eligible to work. Workers are generally assigned shifts that comply with their work pattern, barring some exceptions. When the worker submits an absence and their shifts are reassigned to another worker, the system uses their work pattern to default the absence start time, end time, and duration.

When a worker records an absence that falls within the published schedule window, the system uses the default start time, end time, and duration from their work pattern.
