Retro-process support for accrual plans with a processing level of Primary Assignment

Retro HR events can now reprocess accruals to adjust the end of enrollment transactions for all absence plans including plans with a processing level of primary assignment. When a retro HR event occurs after the plan balance is transferred or rolled into another plan enrollment, the system voids the original global transfer transactions. It then posts the updated accrual, and executes the transfer process again.

Retro processing after Global Transfer or Loss of Eligibility now supports plans with a processing level of Primary Assignment.
