Add Representative to Approver Tasks

The Global Absence Recording - Multiple Assignment rule now includes the Representative approver type (Areas of Responsibility).  This new capability brings the full range of approver types to multi-assignment rules. You can now design absence approval workflows that include Representatives alongside managers, with the flexibility of parallel, sequential, and FYI routing.
